About Family Business Advisors of Kansas City, L.L.C. (“FBAKC”)
The mission of Family Business Advisors of Kansas City, L.L.C. is to cultivate inter-professional working relationships among family business advisors and to provide multi-disciplinary educational opportunities for business owners, entrepreneurial families and their advisors. The FBAKC mission is carried out primarily through its sponsorship of educational workshops. These seminars address the pressing needs of owner-led and family-owned enterprises. Working as a project team, ad hoc consortiums of professional business and financial advisors develop timely workshop topics, underwrite the costs and conduct individual workshops.
To accomplish its mission, FBAKC continuously cultivates a network of business and financial advisors who work in the field with entrepreneurial families and their owner-led companies. These talented professionals include financial services professionals, such as lawyers, accountants, investment advisors, insurance professionals, commercial bankers, trust officers, business valuation experts, fringe benefit and retirement specialists, business brokers, investment bankers and real estate professionals, as well as professionals trained in the management sciences, business processes and the behavioral sciences. Members of the FBAKC Speakers Bureau are selected from this network.
